Napier Outdoors is committed to providing high-quality gear for your vehicle camping adventures. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Package Your Gear
Ensure the tent or accessory is clean, dry, and packed in its original carrying bag and shipping box, including all stakes and poles.
Apply Shipping Label
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item to confirm it is in new condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
